"I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to see ThredUp come into the store, seems like Bealls is turning into a resale shop which hurts the reputation. ALSO, I purchased a ThredUp item, only to find out it was MATERNITY (not clearly marked) when I got home and tried it on! I took it back to exchange for something else and was told AT THAT TIME that all ThredUp items are not returnable. The cashier told me they are SUPPOSED to tell people that when they purchase. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT AT ALL BECAUSE I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IT!!The cashier did handle my other exchange, for a larger size quickly and efficiently."
