"Product displays very close together, I am currently on crutches so it was rather difficult to navigate the store which was frustrating and there were areas I could not access. Thankfully my husband was with me so working together we were able to accomplish our desired task."
"Greeting customer. Helping customer. Don’t stock Merchandise where customer is shopping. Organize merchandise. Be in stock of what is displayed. If not please put out of stock label. Need to label and ID products that are not valid with coupons. Host needs to have better customer service and empathy when a customer is trying to explain issues in their store. Over bad experience no one offered to help. Host was rude when I tried bringing up issues and the other managers sitting behind her can clearly hear my but did t care to help. Will be doing Christmas shopping elsewhere this year."

"An associate greeted me as soon as I came into the store. That was the last interaction I had with any associate. I was looking through all the dresses, which were all pretty ugly. I went over to the shoe department and there was not much to choose from. I was looking for some black dress shoes. I saw one pair of very plain black heels. there were no associates at all in the shoe department. There was a time when I wanted to ask a question but there were no associates any where around. I purchased 2 shopping bags, for .98 cents each, because they were pretty. then I left. number 37 is a stupid question. I have not purchased from this store or on line in the past year. there's only 2 choices and I didn't buy from either choice. Now, if it won't let me submit this without answering that question, then I will mark on line but it will be a lie."
