"It was good, joined rewards and saved! Super sweet attendant."
"It was decent. 50% signs were huge and the 10%signs were small and at the top of shelves. So it less the shopper to think everything is 50 off until checkout."

"This was as a much better shopping experience than my previous visit 2-3 weeks ago. I normally shop at a Bealls at least once a week and had stopped going for a few weeks because of a bad previous experience. I am glad to see the Gun Barrel store has cleaned up. The dressing rooms were immaculate. No piles of clothes on the floor! Someone was actually working the dressing rooms to make sure they were clean. All employees were actually working and not just milling around talking. My only little thing is all the boxes of inventory still on the floor. It makes the store look messy and makes aisles inaccessible especially in the home goods section."
"The Gun Barrel City store use to be an ok store. Recently though the dressing rooms have been piled with clothes, there are boxes and clothes scattered though-out the store. The last time I went there was only 1 dressing room open so I had to wait. One of the employees commented that it was because of nasty customers that can't keep the dressing rooms clean. So they blocked off all but 1 dressing room. (Obviously that idea didn't work because the room was still a horrid mess)Cashiers keep forgetting to take the security tags off things. (I've had to go back 4 times in the past 2 months to have sensors taken off). The last few times I have been there has been a trio of older employee ladies (in their 50s-60s?) that do nothing but stand and complain about the customers, complain about their hours being cut, complain about how their manager wants this old dog to learn new things, complain about the manager, complain about how one of them was forced to work on an anniversary etc, complain about how the customers are nasty and leave the store a mess. In my opinion employees shouldn't have those conversations in the public eye much less while on the clock. (It was hard not to listen to the conversation since I had to take my time looking through the unorganized racks). No wonder the store is a mess because the employees don't do anything but stand around, complain and chit chat. Forget asking them a question because they were totally useless. No one was apparently at the front register because a man walked in wanting to talk to the manager about a return, all 3 ladies said that's not me, we can't help you. He then of course asked if they could get the manager to which they responded you have to go the front. (Not helpful) Later I was looking at the shoes and was wanting to know the price since they had no sticker or signage. I asked one of the ladies and her response was it's not my department. They were all totally useless."
"I love shopping there. The particular bealls store that I went to today the 24th of August was having a 40% off everything in store and alot of merchandise was having to be kept in 1 of the 2 fitting rooms so I completely understand why the fitting room wouldn't be organized."
"Store is too crowded with clothing. Somebody needs to pick up all the clothes from the floor as it makes it hard to get around."
