"When I went to check out two associates who were talking in front of a register, told me they could not check me out and directed me to a line across the store with 3 people already in it. Davonna saw this and immediately stopped the work she was doing and opened a register and checked me. She apologized for the behavior of the other employees as they obviously were not busy. She was friendly and prompt. I was very impressed with her service. She told me it was her job but I told her it was their job too but she was the only one who stepped up to assist me and it made me feel valued and appreciated!"
