"This store has gone downhill over the past several years. In addition to the previous issues mentioned, the candy being sold at the cash wrap is a sad and cheap way of making money. Kids are getting diabetes at an alarming rate, and the company doesn't seem to care. As mentioned before, the district/regional managers must not care about making improvements because they know people will still shop there out of necessity. It's the only store of it's kind within a 10 mile radius. I hope someone reads this and takes action. I'm sure there are many other complaints similar to mine."

"Went in to get item my wife put on hold in the morning, and the associate went to look and said it wasn't there, my daughter told her that it was just placed on hold this morning, and it should be there, associate went back and found it the 2nd time."
"I like the store and miss the one we had in Austin, Texas. While visiting in Harlingen. I was excited to go shopping. We found some good sales on what we were looking for specifically, shoes. My son is growing and this is a great place to find his size in comfort and style."
"My associate Jessica went above and beyond to make my purchase complete. No assoc has ever done that, usually I ask and disappear after but jessica had ideas and she put the whole outfit together!
