"I like Beals most of the time, this trip which takes an hour door to door, was a late in the day spur of the moment trip, the store just seemed messy,the fitting rooms were messy, there was no help to find in the lingerie or shoe dep, and at checkout I had a friend with me who needed to have the specials and benifits **** with having a Beals credit card. It was a Tues. we got the over 40 benefit but there was no explanation to her about anything yall have to offer. I brought her to that store specifically to enjoy the great deals"

"I come to the mall often I usually make a purchase in every store. I came here today and had already picked out a few things. I was going to pay for my items when I stopped to look at the sale rack that's when a guy who I'm assuming was either a manager or supervisor came out and stopped to fix some unfolded shirts he was saying things under his breath like "these damn people" he sounded like he was annoyed. I had to put all my things back. I wasnt going to make a purchase at a store where the employees had attitudes. If he was annoyed that's perfectly acceptable. But he didn't have to be so obvious about it. It's like he wanted people to hear him. Like he wanted to make them feel bad. It's his job to keep the store looking neat. It's a department store. You're going to have people mess up the organization to find their size. I wish I could have seen his name tag so I could have made a complaint. That's just unacceptable. If you don't like your job go to college and get yourself a degree and get a real job so you're not so miserable. Will never come back here again"

"I had to wait in line for what I thought was a customer. The associate working the register kept combining different items and providing the cost to the customer. After several combinations, the customer said, I'll just wait till tomorrow. When she turned around she had a store name badge on and then went behind the counter. As the associate was checking me out the previous customer' kept talking to the associate saying she'll just wait till tomorrow when she gets her check. The associate was pleasant to me while I was checking out, but the other employee kept addressing her-the conversation could have waited till I checked out-I only had one item. Again, the associate that waited on me was very pleasant"
