"I came to this store specifically because they are the only location in Klamath Falls that sells Clinique. My visit 2-3 weeks ago was to purchase a perfume and a specific moisturizer. I asked to try a sample of the Happy perfume which they had. Then I asked to try Happy Heart. She said they did not have a sample as people liked to walk out with it. Did not offer to open one to let me smell it or anything. Then I asked for Dramatically different moisturizing gel in the bottle and they were out of stock. She said they would have some back in stock in the next week or 2. Didn't offer to order it for me. Then when I came back in on 02/09/19 they STILL did not have the moisturizer I wanted. This time the girl did offer to order it for me. The order still wont be here till 02/22/19. I will not be returning to this store. I will order online from another company or going over to Medford to purchase my items."
