"I really like the store in Klamath Falls and the staff there. I've only been living here 2 months and I've been to the store 3 times because the shopping experience is so great; even though it is a 50 minute drive from my home. The lady who works at the Estée counter is particularly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My size is a 16 S in pants and the closest I could get was a 16 M, so it would be nice if there were more pants in my size. I was also looking for plain navy or white collared shirts and there were none in the store. So the staff and store are fantastic, but on this particular trip, I didn't find most of what I was looking for."

"I enjoy the nice selection of quality products at very fair prices. I have neve failed to find something I liked or needed. My only suggestions would be for some of he staff to be a bit more aware of their customers and not so involved in their personal conversations. It really doesn't look good to have 3-4 employees standing and talking behind the counter while the dresssing rooms are a mess and customers go unaided. On another note, the lady who checked me out was very friendly, helped me get the best price and appeared to be taking care of business the entire time I was in the store."
