"Very poor experience. Went into Bealls to browse and possibly spend $10 Birthday coupon. Found a pair of shoes on sale, $34.99. Went to check out and was charged incorrect, non-sale price $70. Asked associate about it but he had already rung up the purchase and subtracted the coupon. When I looked at the receipt I pointed out the incorrect charge. No response. I went back to the shoe department, pulled the sales tag above the shoe and returned to check out. Sales associate said she could refund the first charge but I would loose the birthday coupon. Stated the first sales associate was new and first day on the job and it wasn't his fault. So it is now my fault that it was incorrectly rung up. Refunded first sale and corrected the sales price $34.99. Out $10 coupon which negated the reason for even going into the store."
