"Came in for a few items that were doorbusters for orange black Friday. My daughter and I were greeted by Norma. Everything that I wanted was not in stock. I was upset at this point and was leaving the store until i went back to Norma. She had offered to setup an online order for the products i wanted. Norma helped me complete my order and was very polite and patient with us. If It hadn't been for Norma helping us out from start to end I would have left the store without a purchase and upset. Thanks Norma for the excellent customer service !"
