"The cashier used her rewards for my purchase as well as my friends. We did not give her permission to enter her information in on our purchases. That is concidered fraud. What if I would have used a credit card would it be associated with her reward account in the future? When I called the manager said, “ that’s why you should enter your rewards at checkout”. NO, the store cashier had no right to do that, period. Not an apology or any accountability."

"I was unhappy with this visit to your store. The only interaction with an associate was upon checking out. The young man spoke like an automated robot with no enthusiasm. When an item rung up on the register at the regular price, I told him it should be on sale according to a sign. He indicated to me only certain Levi styles were on sale. He did not offer to walk over and check the sale sign. After paying for my purchase, I walked back to the young mens department, grabbed the sign and brought it to him. I was correct, my item was on sale $10 less than I was originally charged. There was no apology as I recall plus I had to wait and redo the purchase. When I was managing an independent children's clothing store, I trained the employees that the customer is always right and to apologize to customer when we screwed up. Had I been the associate I would have walked with the customer and checked on the item, whether there was a sign indicating a sale price. I would have shown the customer this courtesy. Its too bad there wasn't a supervisor overseeing how this young man interacts with potential customer. You should find employees who are enthusiastic that they have a job."
