"sales associates very friendly. The store carpet needs to be professionall steam cleaned. Vacuum is not enough. Too over crowded with clearance racks which cheapens the overall feel of the place. Feels very corporate and not individually creative. How about some nice and creative window displays to lure people in. Think of how nice the displays are on 5th Avenue and in Beverly Hills."
