"I love the store and the people working there, they are very friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for a few years and sadly I feel like it’s going downhill. Before they were able to help more and they still try but the poor sales people look like they are always super busy and when I need help they need to stop working on something else or run from finishing helping a customer to another one. This is not they’re fault but I believe they need to hire more people so they can continue to have a better customer service like before."

"I buy a lot of clothes from your store. I am almost always satisfied, only if my online purchases don't fit the way I'd like. But the staff is just awful. They never greet you, even when you approach the register to checkout. They never speak, never thank you, never invite you back. I have seen them very friendly with hispanic customers, chatting and laughing, but as soon as a white customer is paying out, no hello, how are you, did you find what you were looking for, thank you, nothing. I have heard from a lot of other people that they have had the exact same experience. It is very obvious to everyone. I sincerely think that is affecting your sales at this store. I am not prejudiced in any way, I have friends of every origin, I believe the sales associates are very biased. Thank you and I hope you make changes."
