"The only associate I could find was at the make-up counter. I tried to make a return and she was unfriendly and did not want to work with us to fix the problem. I ended up not returning the items. The correct shoe sizes where hard to find and I was not certain of the price. Between this and the lack of return of the shoes I had (friend recommendations that did not work). I am still in need of a pair of shoes and don't have extra money for another pair."

"I had to wait in line a long time in the line to checkout my one item,because the lady in front of me wanted to make sure the cashier got every coupon and every discount entitled to her. Also wanted the cashier to go back and check a price for her then telling her specific ways she wanted all of her items bagged. In my experience it was one of those customers that needs a little more tlc and definitely alot of patience to deal with. As I was getting agitated with the wait and how ridiculous this woman's needs were, I stopped to admire this cashiers patience for this customer and who not once seemed frustrated or rushed her. Seeing that changed my attitude, awesome employees make a difference."
