Fitting rooms all over the store were locked, and when asked to use one was directed to one close to the restroom because the associates could not be bothered to leave the front desk area to assist customers. Very rude during checkout. Did not say thank you or anything after the receipt was made. Will not ever shop this particular store again."

"Store is well organized and staff is helpful. The only time I felt uncomfortable, was a few weeks ago when I took my daughter, son, and my younger sister with me. My daugher wanted to try on a few Christmas dresses before she decided on one. I felt like the staff was hovering over us around the fitting room as if we were trying to steal something. It was very rude and we are the last people who are going to steal something. The store had hardly any customers in it and 3 employees were standing around the fitting rooms watching us but never asked us if we needed help even though we needed other sizes that we go ourselves whle they just stood there. It was very weird but when I bought almost $500 in items that night, I sure have been treated differently when I go in but it should not have mattered how much money I was spending."
