"When I was in your store today...total disorganization. The computers went down so no credit cards could be used only cash. The cashiers were complaining that they were suppose to be gone and that there was no one scheduled to take over....very stressed because the manager did not inform the customers prior to check out that the computers were down. I suggested to the manager who was ayoung lady that she should announce it before customers went up to check out and then have to leave their purchases causing the cashiers unnecessary stress. Poor customer service. Seemed she was more concerned about keeping people shopping then letting them know in advance that the computers were down. I called the store about 2 hrs after I left and they were still offline. Very inconvenient for me to have to return. This was only my 2nd time at the store and I am NOT impressed!!"

"I had a return on a couple of items that I’d previously purchased. The fit wasn’t right. I had my receipt & I was unable to return one item. The associate was completely lost & unwilling to see that item returned. She stated that item wasn’t on the receipt, keep in mind that was my first visit to this store when I purchased that item. The number of items I purchased matched the number on the receipt so I have no idea why the return wouldn’t scan? But Chloe wasn’t the most friendly or helpful. As a previous manager of a staff of 50, I know what is necessary to guarantee a satisfying experience with a customer. Apparently Chloe did not. It wasn’t about the money, I can gift it. It was the terrible experience at the customer service area."

"Was very pleased with my visit. Everything was well organized & plenty of room to move around. I am disabled with a prosthetic leg & everything was easy & accessible to get to & prices & sizes easy to read. Felt very comfortable shopping & shopping cart made it to easy to move around the store. Was able to purchase everything I needed & was a very pleasant experience."

"Beall's has reorganized their store which makes shopping easier. Men's clothing and household items are very much improved. Women's clothing leaves much to be desired. There are racks and racks of pants, tops and other items that should be donated to Goodwill, or sold in a garage sale. Looking through these items is tiresome and unproductive. Not enough sales persons to help...but it is easy to see why. No one could keep up with all the junk."
