"Most of my shopping experiences at Bealls have been effective with sales associates friendliness and helpfulness leave me happy;however, today, the sales associate that I checked out with with very impatient and rude. I asked her why she was so impatient with me and my mother-in-law and she said she wasn't. I noticed she was also rude to other customers before me because we waited for at least 10-15 min. She was disgusted and impatient, talked in a condescending manner and rudely responded to me when I asked to explain my ticket. I then asked her to cancel it and redo it and she huffed. We had to wait for another customer while my Mother in law went to get a top so she passed me over to another sales associate which ended up checking my items. She wasn't any friendlier either, even after I tried to tell her that the previous sales assoc. was rude, she merely ignored me and didn't offer an further assistance. I very unhappy with this service that even though this is where I shop at least once a month, I'm seriously thinking about going to another store altogether. I'm very sorry for my negative comments but that sales associate was downright rude with a thick spanish accent like we were like bugs that needed to be squashed!"
