"Love my local Bealls in Corsicana, TX. The staff at the store i shopped at today in MEXIA, Tx need to learn basic customer service skills. No one greeted me. Associates passed by me an looked at me and never greeted me or asked if i needed assistance. I was not greeted at the register because the associates where to busy gossiping. They made me wait while they finished whispering to each other after making eye contact with me. I wish they had name tags so i could let you know who they were. I will not come back to the MEXIA store."

Walked away with a great deal and with coupons for a return visit... which I am thrilled about. I have always Loved shopping at Bealls although it has be a while due to relocating. "I like shopping here. However, I would advise looking more into your employees. Maybe providing incentives for better customer service. THis specific trip, I had a great experience with the person who checked me out. However, in the past, I have dealt with some very mean people. To the point where I will wait longer in another line just to avoid that person. If you want to be the place to go shop I advise concentrating on customer service. This trip was good but I've had others that are not so good."
