"Shopping at Bealls stores has always been a no# 1 priority in my family. My mother loved shopping at your stores because she is very petite and the clothes fit her just right and the materials they are made of don't cause her allergies and of course she loved your styles. I was the one that would take her shopping, so now, I go shopping at Bealls and I love it and every time I go in there I can imagine my mother walking through your isles and looking at me with a big smile because she found something pretty. Unfortunately she can't walk anymore but I still buy her a little something from Bealls and she gets really happy."

"Overall experience, was disappointing to see that the manager herself could not take a blouse off to keep a customer happy. After the 2nd time that I personally asked her too she removed but asked if I wAs certain about the purchase. I told her that I could remove the blouse myself did not need her assurance if she was to busy doing her work sitting down. The manager stood up and removed the blouse and replaced it with another on the manican. I honestly don't think it was too difficult to keep a cust happy. I realize her main concern was to leave the manican undressed and wait for an associate to do it the following day but I personally told her I could do it. It took less than 4 min to remove and replace the blouse on the manican. Management was very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed that she had to be asked twice about the blouse until I insisted."

"Store was fine love to shop at Bealls but they need to have more than one check out stand. I stood in line for 25 minutes and still had to wait longer so just left my items and left the store. When busy they need to have more than one place to check out. the other associates should drop what they are doing and open another check out lane. This is not a good thing. People can get impatient and just leave, it is hard to stand so long for some people and people have other things to do also so this is really not a good thing."
