"It was OK, had to really look through all the stuff jamed together on hangers to find something I liked. Check out was not great, could not get my cards to work had to go to another person at a different counter to get them to work so waited in two lines a while. Glad when I was done though."

I don't know whether this store has a manager, but it sure needs one."

"The handbags were all jumbled up and not enough room to move around between sections. There wasn’t enough room to move around aisles. When people are waiting to check out and more than one associate is clustered together it would be nice to be acknowledged and open more registers. It doesn’t look good to talk amongst the associates selves without helping reduce checkout lines or customer service. A smile goes a long way. The lady who finally checked us out was great but the inbetween waiting was exasperating."

"Previous experience last week was bad and I started not to buy anything else here. Shoe Dept. lady acted as if she did not want to tell me the price of shoes, help me find a certain pair, once she said in a voice do you want these? I said no, and she turned and put the box on the floor; I have worn these shoes and the left one is bigger in the heel than the right one and does not fit good. And in her disgust to get away from the the shoe area and back up front; when I was walking out, I noticed she had not taken the security bar off, so I had to stop at the front desk to get that off...she was too busy to wait on me and I wish I did not even buy that pair of shoes. I will not ever check out with her again. Now I have a pair of Dr Scholl's shoes and I think the left one is a wide width she put in the box while looking for the mate for the right foot. Not sure if I am more mad about her rudness or my money spent on good shoes==one too big."
