"I love shopping at Bealls. This particular store was lacking in a few critical areas.A. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me when I came in.B. I walked to the back of the store before finding another associate. C. When I asked for assistance, I was told she would get someone else to the front.D. When an associate was sent to the front, she STILL did not acknowledge me or try to help any other customers. She went behind the counter & began folding clothes.E. I waited in that line well over 15 minutes before I f8nally asked if I could leave my originally purchased item & go look for am exchange due to it being too small for my daughter.F. While looking for the right size, I was not offered any assistance.G. When I returned to the front counter, I went to the other register due to the associated were still on the same customer as when I first came in.H. I stood in line over 15 minutes the second time waiting to checkout."
