"The staff at the Montrose Colorado location is always friendly and courteous. During this last purchase, at the checkout they were experiencing difficulty with the check printer and could not provide me with the receipt. The new store manager Jessica was extremely helpful and stepped in to assist by offering to mail my receipt and check to me by mail so that we didnt have to wait any longer for it. She also directed the cashier to go to the other register to assist the lady in line behind us. Jessica was very attentive and aware of both us and the other customers and made sure to see that we were all taken care of in a prompt and friendly manner. Time is valuable to us and we appreciate her consideration of that. The cashier was also extremely friendly and appeared very happy doing her job. I have been a customer of Bealls for several years now and shopped there when before it turned into a kind of clearance center. I used to pay much higher prices than I do now and did not get nearly the service and attention that I received today. Our total purchase today only totaled 18.00 but we were treated as if we spent several hundred. Please let the manager and the staff at the Montrose Co. location that we noticed. Thank you."
