"I like the products but the employees need to be more engaging and helpful. The emloyees did not ask if I needed help they just walked past me and when I did ask for help the cashier told me she did not know what I was talking about."

"The customer service is terrible. Most of the time, I am never greeted when I come in the store. I can be standing at the checkout for 20 minutes and staff sitting behind the counters NEVER offer to help. This store has always been like this. The staff really need to be friendlier, helpful and not act like we're ruining their day."

"When I went to make my purchase there was only 1 register being attended to & that associate was having to call on tele # some credit dept or something. So there are 3 customers in line waiting to make a purchase & the assoc. asked for help from the 2 associates that looked to be visiting with each at the purse shelves. FINALLY, the assoc who appeared to just be visiting with another assoc. (ID on receipt says Susan Renee assoc # 000138127) appeared to be forced to come over & help at register for customers to make purchases. When it was my time for her to help me she appeared to be put out & to be annoyed with me. When bagging my items (3 shirts & a pair of pants) she just stuffed the items into the bag. At the end of the transaction I clearly said a thank you to her & her was response to me was alright This is the worst I have ever been treated at your store, but also let me just say that I have other situations where the wait to purchase something is extreme. I will visit the store again."

This one girl who was helping me in the sweater areas was a little rude and made me feel uncomfortable and as if my questions were bothering her.
At one point she raised her voice to me. After she finished helping me I told her thank you without a response.
She was a thin African American girl at the cash register.
Everyone else that helped me at check out were so friendly and all smiles. I will go back because of the other cashiers but that particular girl needs to touch up on her customer service skills. Thanks, I feel better letting that out!"
