"The customer service at the Plainview store bealls is the best customer experience I have ever had. The main reason I shop their is because of the employees they are very polite. I also love the variety of brands they have for all different ages. My husband, kids, and I, are all able to shop their, so we never have to go to different stores we always find everything we need and want. Bealls also has home items, makeup, shoes, toys and it much more."

"Rarely do you ever see anyone at the register when you are ready to checkout or see anyone in sight that works there. We don’t have much choice of where to shop and I understand that it is a small town shop and is hard to employ very many clerks and I am sure they have work to do besides check people out but today if I had been in a hurry I would have had to lay down the 4 items I purchased and left. 15 min is too long and I am not sure it wasn’t 30 before another clerk finally appeared and checked two out that was waiting since the other clerk was helping someone else with an exchange."
