"It was great overall. I just have one negative thing to report. I was shopping before Christmas in the hustle bussle time and after Christmas as well. One register was closed the whole time in need of repair and there were registers open all around the store. Everyone was waiting in one line that went all the way back to the show department. Not once did the manager's sitting offer to take someone to another register or call their employees up to do so. I heard many complaints reguarding this as I was waiting. After 15 min. I'm like two young girls came from other departments and took some of us to other registers. I feel like if the two managers had of just looked up that could have addressed the flow of customer's quicker. For future food for thought."
