"I was confused with the sale signs and the doorbuster. Wasn’t sure if the doorbuster was applied on top of the already discounted items such as a 20% off. I was never approached by an associate to explain the sale or any Specials. I was holding my 6 month old baby trying to look for an associate to assist me. I had to ask one of the cashiers, she was very attentive to my needs. Other than that, I made a good purchase and saved myself alot of money. I think associates need to be more attentive when a customer comes in and ask if they need any help. I would’ve saved myself alot of time and my baby from becoming fussy. I would’ve probably made a bigger purchase."

"Your use of coupons is a bet sketchy. I had a text coupon for 40% off. I purchased an item that was on sale 40% off. It was not a clearance item. The coupon would not apply at the register. The cashier tried. Almost everything in the women’s section was on sale so if the coupons don’t work so why bother? That’s very sketchy and deceiving."
"I love shopping at Beall..I incourage your associates to remain customers..when they cash out remain them they have a coupon with their Receipt. Just a friendly reminder. The cashier puts my receipts in the bag she does not tell me that I have a coupon that I can use certain dates. IUsually do not see my receipts I just get my clothes out of the bag and I threw my bag is just a friendly reminder to all your customers. Thank you so much"

"Disappointing, I had to argue with the sales clerk that the t-shirt I bought was $12.99. There was a table full of t-shirts with a sign that said$12.99. She said that the price on the tag was $16.94 and was not $12.99. We went to look at the table and she took the $12.99 sign down and then the next sign was $19.99. That was crazy! After arguing with her to get the store manager, she gave me the sale price. I don't want to have to double check that the charges are correct and then argue with a sales associate,"
