"I had a great experience but the only problem is the the long lines at the check out area there was only two cashiers and there were about twenty persons in line."

"My experience was terrible. I went to buy a gift card. Although there were four registers in the service department, there was only one cashier working. I counted 18 customers in front of me. I went to another counter and asked the attendant there to please for assistance as there a long line to be serviced. After 30 minutes one cashier showed up. I was there one hour to get a gist card. Management was not around to monitor the situation and to observe the long line ready to check out. I consider this experience poor service on Bealls."
