"I was really disappointed with the exchange procedure I went through. I called the store prior leaving my location for the return policy since I didnt have my receipt. The associate said I didnt need one for an exchange but failed to mention I needed an ID so I had to go back home for my ID. The associate was friendly and helped as fast as possible, but when I went to the shoe sectio n to look for my size. I asked an associate who was stacking shoes for help and she said We only have available whats on the shelves and refused to help me.Another disappointing thing was the pricing, the .98 item was 49.98 when i bought it on the 6th and on the 13th it had changed to 29.98. Right when the big sale ended. It looks like i footed the bill for all the savings everyone got. Very unpleasant overall."
