I couldn't see him, because he was in one of the cubicles, but I could hear him, and I was uncomfortable about his being in the vicinity, which I assumed would be a private dressing area. I told the associate who rang up my purchase, but I don't know if she did anything about it."

"The associate that assisted me had absolutely no customer service skills and embarrassed me in front of other shoppers and my children. The associate rolled her eyes at me, lied about being the store manger, refused to give me her name, refused to call another associate over when I asked to speak with someone else, when asked if I had any rewards to use responded with “if you did I would have told you” with a very rude tone, when questioned about using a coupon I received via email today her response was “we didn’t get an email about and I’m not going to use it”, when I commented it about her attitude her response was “well your giving it me so I’m give it back to you.” I have been shopping at this location for over 10 years (even when it was located just across the highway on west side) I have NEVER been treated like this. I will not be shopping at this location in the future."

"I ordered my daughter clothes at online. But one of pant was broken. I brought that pant this store and asked to return. but the cashier told me that pant has no problem and it spouse to have a hole. I mentioned that I ordered the same brand's pant and it didn't have any hole. But she still insisted me that pant suppose to have a whole. I am very bad feeling and stopped to talk with her. Anyway, I think she is very rude."
