"The young man who rang us up was very nice. He was friendly and polite. We had a bad experience though. At 8:57 a female announced the store doors to the mall would be closing at 9:00. There was no warning prior to this time. I asked the young man if we could be let out into the mall since they closed the doors as we were checking out. He asked and a female employee told him no. I told them we parked at the opposite end of the mall. He asked her if they could call security to have them walk us to our csr. She said they did NOT know the number for security and refused to help. I was with my 7 and 14 year old daughters. We walked outside and along the side of the mall and found another entrance. There were people al over inside still. We left through Marshalls and they had their mall door open still. I asked why they had theirs open and she said because theyclose at 10. So did Bealls, but they were rude and unhelpful. Horrible leadership at BEALls. We will not shop this location again."
