"Was not aware that Bealls was having a 40% off sale - so I was very surprised! Went in to look for a certain item - but they did not have the size I needed. However, I started looking around and found 4 other items that I loved (one of them was a shirt for my husband)! Generally speaking, any time I've ever gone to Bealls it's been a nice experience. Once in a great while I need help finding something but usually I know exactly where to find it! Always pleased with my purchases!!!!!"

"My experience was horrible and I wont be back. Bad customer service and I feel like I was discriminated against. Clerk told me to go to shoes or stand in line at other cash register and then as soo. As I walked to other register she asked to help the next customer instead of helping me. Cashier and next customer were both Hispanic and I'm caucasian."

"I especially like the coupon being offered for their clearance items. They had quite a bit of merchandise on clearance. The only problem I ran in to was at checkout. There were 4 ladies in the register area, but they only have two registers and the lines were getting backed up. I think I waited in line to checkout for about 15 minutes, maybe more. The dressing rooms can use a little make over. Them are old and the curtains look old and dirty."

"My experience was not pleasent it was rather uncomfortable. I had to return some cute boots that i wore for two hours and they hurt my feet. I dont believe the quality was great. I had my receipt and it was well before the 30 days of purchase. The cashier automatically denied the return without question. I explained to her i can not wear these shoes they hurt my feet. She said she would do the retuen this time but next time something has to be wrong with the shoes. I wasnt going to argue with her. I just wont be returning to this store again. This is the wrong way to treat a customer and a sure way to lose business. Staff is not friendly what so ever"
