"I love the sales and promotions. But the shoes are way overpriced and the store should be neater in order to have a better shopping experience. No one wants to buy something they picked up from the floor. Also employees should be more readily available and perhaps more knowledgeable on sales and promotions. Also please add a Clinique to ANY San Antonio location!!! I would prefer over Estée Lauder, especially if your looking to interest younger crowds in your makeup like nyx, and ardell."

"The store is a total mess. Clothes are all crammed together and not by sizes. You have to dig to find a size that fits you. The dressing rooms were full of clothes previous shoppers had tried on. The bathroom looked more like a outdoor public bathroom than an in store bathroom."
