"Beall's has been about the only store to shop at and I was so excited about the new store until I tried to shop there.The lay-out makes it difficult to locate anything. I have been shopping at Beall's many years and was disappointed by the lay-out and all the racks and racks of cheap clothing. I always tried to enjoy shopping there, but the last several times I have been there, i usuallyleave without purchasing anything. When I have purchased something I didn't like to stand in line for all the time it took to check out. I usually left my purchase and left. Since you are almost the only place in town to shop, I was so disappointed. I have a lifetime platinum card but won't be using it. I had rather drive to New Braunfels than shop in this store."
