"Your computer system for checking our needs to be improved. The customer cannot tell what they are really paying for an item because the final price does not show up until the end and you are handed your receipt. The 50% off on clearance items overrode the Bonus buys. So instead of getting two dresses for $9.99 each I was charged $14.99 for one and 19.99 for another. On a girl's dress instead of $.99 I was charged 14.49. There were 3 other items I was charged too much for. I thought the bill was higher than it should be so when I got in the car I looked at the final cost for the items and they were wrong. I thought I may have read the sale signs wrong so I went back in the store without my bags and reread the signs and asked the clerks. Then I went back out to my car and got my bags and the clerks spent 15-30 minutes trying to get the computer to correct the receipts. They finally had to do 3 separate sales so the computer would not get confused. The clerks were very patient and I commend them tor working with me to get the correct prices on the products. I did buy 13 items and was originally charged $166.44. The final bill after corrections was 122.27. A $44.17 overcharge. I was glad I did not take the amount at face value and questioned the total. I do not think this was clerk error but your computer system needs some updating. Thank goodness I did not need to get somewhere in a hurry. I again comment the clerk who took the time to get it right!! She was patient and kind and did not make be feel like I was inconveniencing her. Thank goodness there were two clerks so the other one could take care of other customers. I came away a little frustrated with you cash register system. Next time I will ask to check each category of items separately as to not confuse they system."

"Hold items need to be held when you say you will return as we were looking for shoes to match an outfit they put all the clothes we wanted to purchase back on the shelf. Ugh and we live 60 miles away that's 120 miles we traveled for a special occasion. Spent 300 dollars and didn't get all we wanted because we could not find all we had."

"Upon checking out, there were signs stating that the clothing was buy 1, get 2 free. I found three items that I loved. The associate informed me the price was close to $60, I inquired as to the sale stated on the racks, in which I was informed that it only applied to the red tag clearance. No one had informed me of this, and the signs were clearly on the racks. Then I was informed that the one item was red tag, and could get two more for that sale, and that the other items were buy 1 get 1, half off. So I inquired to the price of those items, which both were around $20, thus a price of $35 is what I expected, but was then told that the price was $44. I ended up with only one shirt. I was appalled that no one would mention the red tag while shopping through out the store, as we were in there over an hour. My daughter whom was with me and having work in retail went back to double check the signs, and they were clearly stated as buy 1 get 2 free. She informed the sales associate and was given a rude reply and look, stating that it was only the red tags. It turned an otherwise pleasant and fun time shopping into a horrible experience."
