"The store is closing, waiting to finish the remodel"

"Because there is a large Store Closing sign outside of the store, I was very disheartened as I entered the building. Our town is not large, and Bealls is where I shop for just about everything -- clothing, shoes, cosmetics and fragrances. It looked completely different as remodeling was taking place, and the associates were all busy with that process. I did find the merchandise I wanted, and was waiting at the checkout line when a very sweet lady, named Nicky, came over and said she would help me. I told her I was a little sad about all of the change, and she perked up and said, Oh, no! Don't be. This is going to be great!. She went on to explain how the store was not really closing, but just changing the name and would be even better. She was very helpful and encouraging."

"The store seemed to have too many items and not enough space throughout some parts of the store (granted it being New Years Day), but I enjoyed my experience. The associates were all friendly and helpful, and the facility itself was clean and appropriate. I will definitely return to shop in the near future. My favorite thing about Bealls is that there is always a sale or coupon available to offer a discount on my favorite products."

"This particular store was a bit disorganized simply because there were so many products with a lot of sales going on (with it being right after Christmas), so some areas were difficult to get my shopping cart into, causing me to leave my cart and merchandise and carry my toddler through those sections of the store. Previous shoppers had rummaged through and disorganized some sections, which I can understand would be difficult to keep organized during this busy time of the year. The associates were all very nice and helpful and I was able to get great deals on all of my items."
