"The store in Sulphur Springs was well kept and friendly. The associates were helpful and personable and the wait time in checkout was acceptable as they were working to get the job done and also a second line was opened when they noticed that there were 3 or 4 people in line. Sped up the process nicely. Of all the Bealls stores I have visited recently (and that is several) this one was the nicest and the cleanest. Thank you for a pleasant experience."

"It was late in the afternoon of Black Friday. It wasn't swamped with customers but it was busy. I was super impressed how all the employees worked together to get the customers through the checkout line. Everything was still clean and organized for a Black Friday sale. I know this is one of the worst time of the year for a customer sales reps but this store in Sulphur Springs, Tx did great."
"I can get some really great bargains at times, this was not one of those times in my opinion. While doing Christmas shopping I would ordinarily spend around 350.00 on our annual trip to Bealls. This year we spent right at 100.00 because the items just were not there for us to purchase :( . Very disappointed, and the sales were not that great this year either. Employees were obviously not happy to be working there. It was just an all round not so great shopping adventure at your store this year, very sad."
