"loved the cashier JACQUELYN--spanish speaker--so friendly and kind--spanish interpreting for those customers--she tried to double check what all coupons we could use...she called for extra cashier help...no one came....she was being overworked...others sitting at computer ignoring her line...others coming over to talk to people at computer rather than working the customer line...others in mens dept seeing a long line but not offering to take folks from the line....when we got ready to use the 50% off ALL purchases....other clerk was quick to point out to us we wouldn't get 50% off cause the add says EXCEPTIONS apply....and then walked off while we stood there and determined if we wanted to purchase all that we had. I understand I got a great deal....butttt...when I get a text that starts out all exciting telling me I am going to get 50% off all my purchases.....yes...i know there are going to be exceptions, but good grief...i find that gimmicky...a trick to get me in the store to pick things out and then not get the original promise....personally it **** me off...for sure it made me decide to do this survey...Jacquelyn needs a raise....she handled the linessssss and people....and dissatisfaction like a champ....plus worked her heart out...while others looked fake busy everywhere else except in bringing the lines down...if you think its just me there were 2 women behind me complaining they couldn't find an assoc...found one...then he disappeared on them....then they found another one...she said she would do a price check...but oh yeah...she disappeared too....anyway....food for thought...I love STAGE...long time shopper...but I don't like gimmicky trickery coupons notices to get me in, but then be told.....uh oh....this won't work...products end in 8.a sign posted over the product had said 50% off...product was 12.98 or 12.88...I understood I would get this for 6-7 bucks...nope...got nothing....so....not happy with wording on coupons when it says ALL..ha!"
