"I had a $5 coupon that I received via e-mail, purchased a $10 item marked down to $6.99.With other discounts (that I didn't know there were other ones) applied, final cost was $3.49.Checker told me that I didn't have to pay anything because of the coupon. Never said the final price or that I had some money left that I could use it by purchasing something else. Transaction was already done so I didn't ask details, knew the coupon was already used.Just a simple suggestion from the checker, saying that I had that money left on the coupon would have been nice to know and could have given me a whole different impression of the customer service.I'm still very thankful for the coupon."
