"great shopping experience. Store looks very nice, one can tell that the store manager takes pride in her work. Cuddos to Elaine!! the one thing that really appalled me was the way my cashier talked to her store manager. Her name was Laura and she would serve as a great example for what an insubordinate employee is. I was taken back by her attitude and total lack of respect. She was acting like if she was the boss. She should get retrained or something. On top of everything she VERY loud also."

"Such a great store with a lot of real potential. The new store manager, Elaine Gomez has done such wonderful things since she's been here. Unfortunately it seems like she is having to do miracles with the amount of resources she has been given. It is just sad to see that this store is being run with minimal staff. By not having enough staff working on a day to day basis your company is really taking away from your customers. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to check out!!! that is really inconvenient!! And after waiting in line for so long I was pressured into opening an account!!! why would anyone want to open an account in a store that can barely provide good customer service????My advice is that you on the corporate level need to realize that when it comes to keeping this company running , you need to think about having enough employees at store level to provide good customer service. You need to give these store managers what they need (more hours) to keep these stores running and looking goo. it is obvious that there aren't enough hands on deck."

"Unfortunately it seems as though the store is being run on a skeleton crew. Yes, I did receive good customer service and all but it took a lot of waiting and patience to get an associate to help me. the few associates that are working are definitely overwhelmed and spread very thin. this is definitely hurting the customers shopping experience. this company should seriously consider what it is doing by running these stores on minimal staff. its obvious that the associates are doing their best to keep the store running but by not having a full compliment of associates working (not giving stores enough hours) you are hurting the store business, reputation, and store appearance. on my last shopping experience I witnessed a grab and run. the person that perpetrated this was able to easily get out of the store with a arm load of merchandise. and from what I understand this store has a reputation for being an easy mark. Your AP department would rather you call them than the police. So sad and disappointing. You really need to give your store managers what they need to run these stores properly (more hours!!!!). How do you expect your employees to support their families on 12 hours a week. Have a heart!!!! And how do you expect me to open an account at your store when there is no employees to provide customer service???????????Realistically your store gives the impression of a sinking boat........"
