"i was advised by cashier that i could go to cosmetics to make purchase as she was **** with current customer. i walked over to cosmetic counter and the associate there did not acknowledge me at all. she continued with a customer. i got back in line that i was in and patiently waited a bit. i was told once again that i could get checked out at cosmetics, so, i got out of line (again) and walked over. i stood there while waiting for her to acknowledge me, but, she still did not. while i was in line, a lady walked up and started talking to her about a cell phone and purse. i did not get out of line, but, waited a couple more minutes to see if she would come over and ring me up. she did finally come over and ring me up, but, kept her attention on the customer she was helping with lipstick. she only spoke a few words to me, i believe some of it was about wanting a magazine for a $1? i would like to say that she was NOT rude. but it would have been nice and professional if she had just mentioned to me that she was unable to ring me up rather than me stand in 2 lines waiting."
