"fine. It could be better. The store is too crowded. You have merchandise from last year on the clearance racks. Really? You do not carry wide width shoes. You have odd fashions for the plus size woman. You have nothing for plus size men, except for a few and it is not for the mature man. There are not enough people working to keep things flowing. If you had more than two cashiers, even an assistant to the cashier could be getting gift boxes, folding merchandise and bagging, and be asking questions of the customer. I started as a Palais Royal client in Houston. There, I had assistance and was offered notices on sales and coupons. Not here in the Dallas area. Too short on staff to truely meet my needs."
