"Sales associates were wonderful. Manager on duty, who was a shorter Hispanic woman, and the associate with a nose piercing, were amazing, and had the best personalities. They dealt with my questions, and never once got frustrated. Overall, I am very pleased with this shopping experience. "I always have a pleasant experience but this time around it was absolutely horrible. I was on one side of the counter waiting to be checked out and all the store associates were huddled in a curcle hiding behind the counter talking .one looked up at me and turned around and continued talkimg so i proceeded to the other side and one of them in a green polo shirt comes out and stares at me I asked her politely if I could get prices on 2 different makeup items because it did not have a price tag on it.she checked prices and then I told her I did not want them and that I would put them back and had asked her for prices on 2 other clothing items she then got upset and said do you want the makeup or not after I had clearly told her no. She did not give me the price on the items I asked about, she just gave me a total basically implying that i had to buy them.she is very unprofessional.i did not get a name because she was not wearing a nametag and I could not see anyone else's either"

"I usually have great experiences at bealls stores. This particular store was messy and disorganized and sloppy. Only one person checking out a customer and the other two associates were talking and ignoring other customers who needed to be checked out. I stood in line for 10 mins and when I got tired of waiting I walked out of line than one of the associates finally acknowledged me and when I asked if she could check me out she acted like I was bothering her like I was an inconvenience to her."

"So far has not been too good. Planning on returning to store with purchase. Its suppose to be this big 40% sale. Well you have a birthday card for $20. So instead of the store taking 40% off the ticket price first, then at the end of the purchase take $20 birthday gift off, they take the $20 off the ticket price, then the 40% off. Which is bull. If im wrong, i will find out after i file with Better Business Bureau."
