"I live your product, however I was in the area and shopped this store for covenience, this is the worst store I have ever been too, It was filthy, carpets torn, no one to wait on you and had to use the bathroom for an emergency and was shocked to see how filthy it was at was at the beginning of the shopping day."

They really try and I love the clerks, but today, she had to leave the register with a line waiting to go help in jewelry because no one came when she paged for help. She had been working the register with no break all morning. Lat fall, when I asked why there were no fall items displayed, they said they hadn't had time to put them out. It was October!"

"Lina was super nice! I was recently approved for store credit with your store. When I was approved at another location, I was not explained about the many benefits of using my credit. Lina had a couple minutes to spare and told me about the credit benefits, monthly coupon books, and reward dollars. She told me I had $10 reward dollars available to use for my purchase! I had no idea! Because of Lina, you have gained a lifetime shopper!"
