The second lady was rude and asked what do you want I explained my issue and told me to go find the lady that helped me first, I guess she didn't want to help or deal with me. It was the first time I've come across a rude worker while shopping . Thry are all usually very nice and helpful"

"My experience was good. But the store needs security. I observed at least 6 indiviuals shoplifting and when I reported it to store associates, I was told they knew about it but didn't have security."

"General experence was good with ladies blouses and pants. We felt the shoes and purses were too expensive. I found a good value in jewelry, and purchased a pair of earrings. The clerk left a soft tag on that beeped eveyr time I entered the doorway and this appened in other stores also. Went back to ask clerk to remove soft tag and she said she couldn't. A clerk in the Hallmark Store actually removed it for me. This was aggravating."
