"Overall, I had a very positive experience. I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. The store was well lit and clean. An associate in the women's department smiled, made eye contact and spoke in a friendly tone as she asked how she could help me. I told her I was just looking. She told me of the latest promotion and asked me to feel free to ask if I needed anything. When it was time to checkout, the associate was friendly and processed the transaction quickly and efficiently. She thanked me for my purchase and invited me to come back again."
