"I have spoken to a member of staff on several occasions about products, orders and returns when I have ordered the wrong product and they have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. The free returns policy is really reassuring. The beaming baby bubble bath is a good price. I love the beaming baby unscented nappy bags. They dont tear and i like the storage box. They are the best I have used. I also like the beaming baby nappies. They smell great, fit well and are reliable. However I did find I needed to buy the size bigger than I would expect based on my child's weight. That's when the free samples come in handy. Overall really happy"
