"The service at Bear's Den is as good as it gets. I made an online order for some fly tying material, and paid with PayPal. The shipping charge included in the payment ($7.50) was quite reasonable. Then - within a few hours (on a Saturday!) I received an email form PayPal. Bear's Den had managed to ship my order to me for only $2.10 - and they refunded $5.40 to me.
Needless to say, I am very impressed!"
