"I have purchased 4 body creams Queen by Queen Latifah from Beautante. All of them are dark color and don't have any fragrance. I tried to reach Beautant for 2 days. Eather would go to voice mail or I would be told that the women that represents Beutant is not available. Finaly , I was able to reach her. She answers her phon with the question: What is the order number? She wan't let you talk and explain problem. She repeats the same question. She is very rude and unprofesional. I had option of sendind product back , but I have to pay for shippment. She want give her name unless asked for. I was told that hef name is Chide. If that is correct to. Who knows? Beutant is big scam. Please if you want to avoid the problem do not buy products from them. There are many other companies that would be happy to have a customers.
