The phone was busy all hours of the day. I also attempted a 4th e-mail inquiring about my order and no response. I became very suspicous and sent another e-mail informing them I suspect "BAD BUSINESS" and finally received a response saying: the items are on back order. That's it! I was beyond frustrated! I then replied for them to cancel my order and of course never heard back! So "beware"! I'm actually surprised Yahoo is suporting such a FRAUD BUSINESS!"
"I ordered a watch in January and paid with Paypal.
The amount has been charged to my credit card but the watch has never arrived. I am unable to contact the company by e-mail ..they don't respond. The telephone numbers listed on the site have been ringing busy for three days.
I believe they are taking the $$ and running and want to know how they can be stopped !!"

"Was lured to order from this company by "Free Shipping". Placed an order on August 21, 2005. Today is October 14, 2005. So far I have emailed them more than 12 times. Calls to the business phone listed resulted in a person pretending not to speak english. Contacted Yahoo who reportedly sent them an inquiry. Eventually I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. Then I started asking where my refund was. This is where I am now. The two responses I have received from them have been simplistic one sentence responses containing no information. It is my opinion that they expect the customer to give up and just accept the loss. "I'm glad they are such a messed up vendor. I had placed three orders with them before reading all these horrid reviews and I had a sick feeling in my stomach for placing so many orders with this outfit. To my surprise, all three orders were cancelled because they claim they couldn't charge my credit card. I had made sure I entered in the correct information three times (one was a repeat order because they claimed the same problem had occurred.) But luck would have it that they had problems. And they are so slow in notifying me about the alleged problem. I smell a rat in BeautyRose.com. I ordered part of what I wanted from Bare Necessities and got them the next day from NJ to MA. I always wonder about vendors from NY. Next time, I'll be sure to check ResellerRatings.com before placing an order with an unfamiliar vendor."
"purchased 3 pair of Wolford (world's best) quality hose, totalling $87.00. All 3 pair were shoddy, inferior - not the quality I'd come to expect from Wolford brand. I suspect these were a knockoff of Wolford brand. I contacted merchant to complain that when I wore them, they would not stay up. She wrote (I have email) that if I returned them, she would credit my card. I returned them, then she refused to issue credit because I returned 'worn merchandise'. Her website clearly states a 'complete refund' for unsatisfactory items upon return. I get answerphone each time I try to call. It will not let me leave a message. "
