"I would rate zero if I could. Placed an order and ordered an additional item so that I would qualify for next day delivery. Not only was it not dispatched for several days but my multiple attempts to cancel the order in the days leading up to dispatch were not actioned or responded to in a timely fashion. I had to pay £8 to return the entire order which was no longer needed and customer service representatives Joe and Kodie were short and curt and couldn’t care less when I contacted them for reimbursement for the return postage as a result of their error . I’ll be sticking with Sephora and Look Fantastic from now on. Awful customer service."
"Please never buy from this company. They sell their own brand items, which describes as absolutely amazing items. I bought hair care products, which resulted in hair loss and my be unable to brush my hair. I have emailed advising of the issue, and asking for how can i return it . THE company advised me to stop using product immediately and in next email said they not gonna accept return since the product is open."

"Ordered an item three weeks ago, it never arrived at my given collection point (my local Tesco), two members of staff there double checked and verified this. Beauty Bay refusing to give me my money back even though they can get verification via Tesco that the parcel didn't arrive. Evri are saying it's delivered but we all know they're universally rubbish so God know what they've done with my item. Beauty Bay are saying that they can't refund until they've done an investigation. I have had this before with an online store and it's a way of fobbing off the customer until we give up. Legally I am entitled to a refund for an item not delivered within a responsible time - and this one has clearly gone awol. There's no customer service bar an email that gets answered every other day. If you look on Twitter you'll see hundreds of other customers who weren't sent their item(s) and weren't given a refund. I'm finding ways to escalate this via ombudsman, my bank, a consumer journalist and numerous online reviews as I hate it when companies rip people off. Beauty Bay - you should've given me my refund as you were legally required to do. "
"Do not buy from this site. I ordered the products on 21/3 and spent over 100 euro. I choose the option for the fastest delivery and I still haven't received the package. According to the tracking the package did custom cleareance in Italy but then it was shipped to the Netherlands where it did custom clearance again. It hasn't moved from there. I contacted numerous times the custom service to have a refund but they keep saying that I should wait and that they are checking. They are completely unprofessional and they did nothing to solve the problem. I lost over 100 euro."

"Beauty Bay is a UK ‘company’ that sells products on their web site from different cosmetic companies.
I did not realise until after what they do.
They post the items on their web site for sale but they do not actually have them in stock. They anticipate having them in stock at some point, so when they ‘mail’ out your order (they do not) they assume during that time, the stock will arrive and then they will ship it out to you. They ask you to wait until 25 days until you ask for a refund. They call it ‘lost in transit’.
I got my refund.
The company has no contact number, no address (accept for a PO box)
